River's Promise

While financial donations are so important, there are many ways to help River’s Promise. One of the easiest ways is to host a River’s Promise event or reception. It’s simple! You gather a crowd and we will either send you the tools to make your own presentation – OR – we can try to send someone to your event to make a presentation on behalf of River’s Promise. (FYI – Our founder, Jimmy Lakey loves doing these!)

These simple events actually work great! We have had people invite us to be a part of birthday parties and they asked their guests to consider sponsoring a child “in lieu of gifts”. We made simple, short, no-pressure presentations and the results were great! Please consider making “River’s Promise” part of your next event.

Please remember River’s Promise in your Estate Plans. Just a few sentences in your will or living trust are all that are needed to leave this lasting legacy. Since the gift will not occur until after your lifetime, you can change your mind at any time.
